- Securing the Date: To officially lock the shooting date and time in my calendar, a fixed booking deposit of ₾100 is required.
- Logistics & Travel: All local travel and transportation expenses within the boundaries of Tbilisi are fully included in the package rates. Out-of-city assignments or multi-day travel within Georgia (Kakheti, Batumi, Kazbegi, Mtskheta) are calculated individually.
- Non-Disclosure & Privacy: I strictly respect corporate ethics and non-disclosure requests. If your business event is private or highly confidential, your images will never be featured in my public portfolio. Simply notify me prior to the session — this service is completely free of charge.

How many photos will we receive?
On average, one hour of active event coverage yields between 25 and 50 finished, edited photos; the number may vary depending on the pace of the event. I deliver only high-quality, unique photos—no duplicates or rejects.
How soon will the photos be ready?
The standard turnaround time is 3 days. Additionally, the first 10 photos for you and your guests will be ready within 24 hours.
Will we have to pose?
Not necessarily — a photo reportage is all about capturing natural moments. You and your guests simply enjoy the celebration, while I capture the emotions, glances, and details. If any of your guests want to take a nice photo, I’ll be happy to guide them and suggest the best way to pose.
What should I do if the event runs late? Is it possible to extend the shoot right there on the spot?
I fully understand the nature of live events. I always build in some buffer time and won’t leave the venue without coordinating it with you first. If the program runs over, you can extend the shoot right on the spot. Each additional hour of work is recorded and billed according to my standard hourly rate.
