As part of a major business forum in Tbilisi, our team organized and conducted the filming of an exclusive interview with renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist Oscar Hartmann. For this project, we handled the entire organizational phase and the technical aspects of the filming process on a turnkey basis. Production and Coordination: We promptly resolved all issues with the conference organizers, coordinated the schedule, secured access to the venue, and ensured comfortable conditions for the speaker, relieving the client of complex logistical challenges. On-site technical production: We set up a mobile studio directly at the event venue in Tbilisi. Multi-camera filming of a DJ set at the summit of a mountain in Gudauri at -17°C. Extreme video production: a large-scale shoot for a music project in the harsh winter conditions of the high mountains. We carried out a complex technical project—a multi-camera shoot of a live DJ performance at the very summit of the snow-covered mountains of Gudauri. The work was conducted at high altitude in conditions of extreme cold (-17°C) and strong winds, which required our team to maintain maximum focus and ensure our equipment was specially prepared. Multi-camera shoot: To capture the scale of the location and the dynamics of the music, we set up a filming setup with three synchronized cameras positioned from different angles. Aerial filming in the mountains: We used a drone to capture breathtaking panoramic shots and wide-angle views of the Caucasus mountain ranges, despite the thin air and sub-zero temperatures. Technical Resilience: We professionally prepared the equipment to operate in extreme cold, ensuring uninterrupted audio recording, stable battery performance, and smooth, glitch-free camera operation.
