“Live Set Production” Package
A turn-key, full-scale production of your solo video set for YouTube. A cinematic, high-end visual package to pitch your profile to international promoters.
- 1.5 hours of continuous on-location recording.
- Crew & Gear: 2 videographers operating 3 cameras (2 static angles for wide/medium shots + 1 dynamic handheld camera for detail shots).
- Professional Lighting: Customized 2-fixture light setup tailored to the venue’s concept.
- Editing & Audio: Full-length editing of the 1.5-hour video with flawless sync to the master audio recorded directly from the mixer. Raw footage + the final film delivered within 7–14 days.
- Rate: ₾1500 (includes shooting, second videographer’s rate, extra camera rentals, and complex 1.5-hour editing/sound syncing).
“Promo & Poster” Package (Photo)
A conceptual photo session to completely refresh your visual identity. Ideal for official event flyers, gig announcements, press kits, and streaming platform profiles (Spotify/Beatport).
- 1 hour of shooting (studio, club, or iconic Tbilisi street locations).
- Custom moodboard development tailored to the style and vibe of your music.

Extra Services
- Additional hour of live coverage: + ₾250 / hour (to extend event coverage on-site if your set runs longer).
- Extra camera rental: + ₾150 (adds an extra angle/perspective for maximum dynamic range during the edit of your Live Set).
- Dynamic Reels / Shorts editing: from ₾50 / video (creation of viral, ready-to-post vertical videos featuring your best drops, custom color grading, and sound design).
- Extra retouched photo (for posters): + ₾30 / image (high-end editorial retouching tailored to graphic designers' requirements).
- Out-of-town travel: Charged separately (transportation expenses and logistics for locations, raves, or festivals outside of Tbilisi are calculated individually).
FAQ / Answers to Questions
How is the audio for the video set recorded? Won’t there be muffled sound or distortion from the speakers?
No, there will be no distortion or clipping. We do not use the camera’s built-in microphone for the main audio track. For the Live Set Production package, we capture a clean line-level signal directly from your mixer (via Master / Booth outputs) onto a professional external recorder. The audio will be of pristine studio quality, and we will delicately blend in the crowd ambience from the cameras during post-production to keep that live atmosphere.
It will be extremely dark in the club, and phones can’t capture anything there. Can your equipment handle it?
Yes. I shoot using ultra-fast lenses and premium-tier camera bodies specifically engineered for extreme low-light environments. On top of that, every single package already includes 2 of my mobile lighting fixtures—they allow us to set up a stylish, high-contrast look without ruining the overall vibe of the venue.
What happens if my set gets delayed due to club scheduling?
This is a standard situation in the nightlife industry. I always arrive at the venue early to set up the lights and configure the gear. If your set is delayed by 15–20 minutes, it is absolutely fine. If the delay is longer, we can easily upgrade your booking on the spot with an additional hour option.
Do you hand over the raw video footage?
Yes. With both the Club Live and Live Set Production packages, you receive absolutely all the recorded video material. You will be free to use this raw footage to cut your own Reels, Shorts, or any future promo clips throughout the entire season.
