1. Music Makes All the Difference
The biggest enemy of a good shot is muscle tension. To get rid of stiffness, be sure to play music during the shoot. Don’t be afraid to start dancing a little or just moving to the beat. Music shifts your focus away from worrying about “how I look” and onto the sensation of movement itself. Your body will relax on its own.
2. The Asymmetry Rule: Shift Your Weight
In posing, straight, symmetrical lines often look stiff and unnatural. The models’ secret is simple—use asymmetry:
Leaning on one hip: Simply shift your weight onto one leg. Your pose will instantly become softer, and your figure’s lines will look more graceful.
Working with your shoulders: Slightly lower one shoulder or pull it back a little. This is the most basic but foolproof technique that instantly eliminates the “passport photo” look.
3. The “Tension-Relaxation” Method for the Arms and Body
The hardest part of a photo shoot is relaxing your hands. If you feel like your fingers are clenched and have turned into “locks, ” then:
Tense your entire hand (or shoulders) as hard as you can for a couple of seconds, and then completely release the tension. After that, your muscles will relax naturally, and your hands will look soft, graceful, and natural in the photo.
4. Control the angle of your face
The face is the focal point of a portrait. It’s important not to twist your neck. You can slightly direct your gaze and position your face just to the right or left of the camera lens. But don’t turn your head too far to the side, so that your facial features aren’t distorted and the light falls on your face evenly.
5. Trust the photographer
Remember: you don’t need to control every move you make. During a private photo shoot in Tbilisi, I’m always in full control of the process. I don’t just press the shutter button — I manage the lighting on location and guide you through every subtle movement.
All you have to do is relax, listen to music, and live in the moment — I’ll take care of the technical aspects and the aesthetics of the shot.

Together, we’ll put together a mood board and discuss the outfits that make you feel your most confident.
Your shoot date is officially reserved once you’ve paid a refundable deposit of 100 GEL.
We’ll meet at the location, play your favorite music, and create a stylish, magazine-worthy photo story. You’ll receive the finished, edited photos through a convenient online gallery.
Message me via instant messenger or through the form on the website to discuss your shoot concept and book a time slot.
